Offering on-site catering at all seven Rosen Hotels & Resorts, as well as off-site catering options; our talented culinary team led by Rosen Plaza’s Executive Chef Michael McMullen and Rosen Shingle Creek’s Executive Chef Jorge Oliveira, are committed to providing high-end, internationally-inspired kosher cuisine, all within strict kashrut guidelines. Under the Orthodox Union and Rabbinate of Central and North Florida, Zayde’s state-of-the art kosher culinary center includes separate kitchens for glatt kosher meat, dairy, and pareve, all supervised by a full time on-site mashgiach.
